thought of the bath
after reading Coelho's 'Brida', I have extended my dream of traveling to traveling and writing a book - I'd start one now, I just don't think it would be that interesting. I want to talk about Sunday it was one of the best experiences I've ever had, but I feel I've spent too much already tonight so I'll sit on it for a while...
Long Post
I'm 22 and discovering so much about myself, these last 6 years have to be the best to date, at 18 when a previous boyfriend an I went our separate ways, thats only when I really started getting to know myself, finding out what I was interested in, and now, short of boyfriends and most anxieties I've found myself in a place where I'm free to explore life without fear or doubt - and it's fucking brilliant!
(Warning extended, unintended content) If you have anxieties the only way your going to grow bigger is if you give back as good as you get, in many a self help book words 'feel the fear and do it anyway' at this point you will find the adrenaline from day to day anxiety is released in a positive way, rather than if you were to sit on it, waiting for it to go away.
It's at this point (of writing) I realise I've just started my own self help book and want you to take no advice from it. There are many more factors to take into account with what goes on in your own body, mind, should you be prone to anxiety issues.
If your a returning reader or friend you'll have (maybe) noticed entries here and there on this, I'm not referring to mild anxiety you might feel at being late for work, I'm talking about when being late for work turns into so much more and your anxiety has you at the edge of your seat where your every thought is accompanied by an injection of stress inducing adrenaline. Anyway for a real expert look up Paul David's 'At last a life' I pay reference to him an awful lot in life, not just writing.
